For this blog assignment we are going to assess whether or not the Roman Catholic Church should apologize for the Crusades. This is an issue that many scholars and pundits have weighed in on over the years. Some feel that the Church owes the Jewish, Muslim, and Eastern Orthodox worlds an apology for the Crusading movement, while others feel it would not be productive or appropriate for the Church to apologize for the Crusades.
