Sign-up

I'm having trouble signing up. What's wrong?
Here are a few things to keep in mind when filling out the sign-up form:
  • Make sure your password is at least 7 characters long
  • Make sure you check the box that says "I have read and agreed to the Terms of Service agreement"
  • Make sure all of the boxes have turned from red to gray before you click "Continue." If the any boxes are still red, that means you haven't filled them in correctly.
  • The "License Code" and "Promo Code" fields are not required. Only use these fields if you have a valid License Code (if your school purchased a site license) or Promo Code (for a free trial).
